Course Run Down:
In this course you'll be combining strength, stability and endurance. High- volume, focused repetitions for maximizing the mind-to muscle connection. Explosive single- leg exercises, core-crushing ab work and upper body isolations are just some of the movements that will be covered.
Learning proper body mechanics and overall body awareness will be addressed. Train smarter, not harder.
