Natalie Lo is a Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and NASM Certified Golf Fitness Specialist. She's been working with the public for the past 9 years and has a broad range of specialties. Natalie competed nationally as a Figure and Bikini Bodybuilding athlete and ran for the Women's Cross Country Team at the University of Washington. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Central Washington University in Communications.
